Like to Write?  The GWSA Writer’s Club may be for you.

The GWSA Writer’s Club is one of the longest standing Evergreen continuous activities. Over the years, membership has varied in numbers and included writers with many different levels of expertise.

While the Club’s approach is non-academic insofar as writing in all its forms, poetry, prose, memoirs, stories, etc., are not taught. It does offer its members the opportunity to express themselves and share their written work with like-minded people.

Challenges to keep ones creative juices flowing are offered on a regular basis which in turn creates a fun, friendly and social atmosphere.

The Club meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from September through June with a hiatus in July and August. Meetings are held in the Boardroom commencing at 1:00pm. There is a minimal fee of $2.00 per meeting attended but this does not apply to first time visitors.

All GWSA members in good standing are welcome!
