Summer’s Ending Dance – August 30

A good crowd of seniors busted some moves on the Evergreen dance floor on the day before the Labour Day weekend. Summer was ending and the fun was just beginning.

Ted Lavoie was back spinning the tunes and many familiar faces were spotted waltzing and jitterbugging their way into autumn. It was good to see several new faces in the crowd.

These dances are held every two months in the Evergreen gymnasium. The $8 admission gets you some light refreshments and a lot of fun. Open to members and non-members. The next one is a Hallowe’en Howl on Friday October 25.
