‘Get Connected’ is a program led by the Guelph Community Health Centre and developed in partnership to help address digital and network access for clients from Guelph Wellington Women in Crisis, County of Wellington and Family Counselling & Support Services for Guelph-Wellington and the Guelph Community Health Centre.

‘Get Connected’ is a move toward digital equity by providing devices and talk & text plans

The group needs:

  • Cell phones in good working order (Android Preferred)
  • Chargers and Cables
  • Canadian purchased phones preferred

How can you get a phone?

‘Get Connected’ is not ready to give phones out yet. We are working on getting phone donations and sanitized. Please talk to your worker at any of the project partners* to see if you qualify for a ‘Get Connected’ cell phone.
