Participants Needed for “Nutrition in Disguise” Study Beginning on February 12th

We are looking for healthy adults aged 60+ who are living independently to take part in an exciting food-tasting study! Testing will take place once per week for 4 weeks (approx. 30 minutes per session) at the University of Guelph, beginning Tues. Feb 12. Adults (≥18 years) with elevated LDL cholesterol (3-5 mmol/L) are needed for a nutrition study to examine the cholesterol-lowering effects of beans.
